HealthPlex Gift Certificates
If someone on your Christmas list is wishing for a healthier New Year, a gift certificate to the HealthPlex at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese may be just the thing for his or her stocking.
Those registered at the $5 million HealthPlex have access to state-of-the-art exercise equipment at the center of the 26,000-square-foot facility which is, of course, climate-controlled—a real plus during the colder weather ahead. Exercise specialists are available to answer questions or assist with a routine.
Participants exercise at their own convenience. The HealthPlex, located north of the hospital along Jamestown Road, is open from 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to noon Saturdays.
Depending on the individual medical situation, those interested may or may not need clearance from his or her physician but must complete an orientation before beginning a HealthPlex exercise program.
HealthPlex gift certificates are available in increments of $30.
Please note, HealthPlex gift certificates can be used for the central exercise area and classes such as Kettlebells, Kickboxing, Yoga, Senior Yoga, etc., but cannot be applied to medical services at the HealthPlex such as Senior Renewal, Cardiac Rehab or Physical Therapy.
